Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator for a one-year maternity cover contract. You will support the smooth running of the office, HR, marketing, and operational functions across the business. Key Responsibilities: Welcome visitors, answer calls, manage post, fobs, stock ordering, and general office maintenance. Maintain the training matrix, book courses, and manage employee records, holidays, and personal development reviews. Support aftercare administration, including project updates and reporting. Oversee IT and equipment, set up starters and remove leavers, and liaise with the IT provider on issues. Organise social value initiatives, charity campaigns, work experience placements, and school talks. Manage project utilities, including meter installations, readings, bills, and handovers. Maintain the website, social media, internal systems, awards applications, and organise company events. To be successful, you will have: At least 2 years proven experience in office administration, HR, or operations. The ability to commit fully to the one-year contract. Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and IT equipment management. Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving skills.
