Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Scarborough
The Marketing Coordinator will provide administrative support for marketing projects, events, and operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and excited to contribute administratively to multiple areas of marketing including digital, content, social media, events, and analytics.
What you’ll do:
- Provide admin and logistical support for donor programs and daily operations
- Assist with event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up
- Handle procurement and vendor coordination
- Manage backend tasks (email inboxes, internal sites, newsletters, comms)
- Draft updates, reports, and correspondence
- Maintain marketing inventory and ensure proper distribution of materials
- Coordinate events and trade shows, including logistics, materials, and promotional efforts
- Support trade marketing activities such as in-store promotions, POSMs, and visual merchandising
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a bright junior
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Able to perform well under pressure with strong execution capabilities
