Customer Support Technician - Gamma Business (Glasgow, United Kingdom)
Gamma is a leader in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). We provide voice, data, and mobile solutions across the UK and beyond. We are growing rapidly and looking for a dedicated support technician to join our team.
What will you be doing day‑to‑day?
* Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
* Focus on first‑time fix to reduce escalation.
* Support customers with number porting processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist with a variety of product‑related questions across Gamma and partner services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handovers.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and IT systems.
What you’ll need
* Strong customer service and administrative experience.
* Excellent IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems.
* Friendly, proactive, adaptable approach to different customer groups.
* Passion for delivering first‑class customer experiences.
* Interest in the IT and Telecoms industry.
* Experience within telecoms or a fast‑paced customer‑service role (desirable).
