About the role:
This role ensures the day-to-day support of D rivers, including conducting briefs and debriefs. You will also s upport and manage customer calls, assisting with a range of queries, a s well as complete administrative tasks such as timesheets and risk assessments.
Key Role Responsibilities:
o Facilitating inbound and outbound deliveries
o Driver brief and debrief with scanners
o Handling driver and customer queries
o Handling and sorting of parcels
o Data inputting and administrative duties
o Taking and managing customer call s
The ideal candidate will have:
o Excellent multi-tasking skills and be able to work well under pressure
o 1-2 years’ experience working within the transportation or logistics industry is beneficial
o Excellent verbal and written communication
o K nowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
