Clinical Lead – Willow Ward
Are you aspiring to lead and seeking a new challenge? We are recruiting an enthusiastic Clinical Lead to join Willow Ward, a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) providing evidence‑based care to acutely ill patients.
Overview
Our Clinical Leads work inclusively within our multi‑disciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes and support quality improvement standards. You will represent high quality nursing care and demonstrate an understanding and application of the 6 C’s: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, Commitment.
Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of responsive, evidence‑based, recovery‑focused care to all service users.
* Represent and uphold nursing standards and the 6 C’s in team practice.
* Collaborate with medical staff, Allied Health Professionals, and peer support workers to develop tailored care pathways.
* Contribute to education, well‑being, and professional development of the nursing team.
* Participate in shift work, including nights, across 24‑hour coverage.
Qualifications
* Band 5 or 6 Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) or equivalent.
* Demonstrated competence in multi‑disciplinary care and recovery focus.
* Commitment to continuous learning and evidence‑based practice.
* Understanding of national values and standards for mental health care.
