SEASONAL VACANCY - 3 days (24 hours) per week - from now to October 2025 (£16,111 per annum)) We are looking for a Food & Beverage Host to work, on a seasonal basis, as part of a highly motivated team to ensure that our customers have an enjoyable, positive, and memorable dining experience to complement and enhance their overall experience visiting our distillery, The Cairn which is located in the most beautiful surroundings in Cairngorm National Park. The successful candidate will have: Knowledge or interest of the whisky industry (highly desirable). Previous relevant food & beverage experience, and knowledge of whisky production would be an advantage, however full training will be provided. Experience in a Food Preparation environment would be beneficial. Experience in a customer facing role is essential. A willingness to go the extra mile to provide an excellent customer service. The ability to work well in a team and on your own. Experience of working in the tourism/hospitality industry is desirable. Working knowledge of a foreign language would be beneficial. The ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. Must be over the age of 18. (alcohol sales) Closing date for applicants is noon on Fri 16 May 2025.
