We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Academy Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for coaching football, with the ability to inspire and develop individuals of varying skill levels. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our players while honing your coaching expertise and building your coach portfolio in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to the skill levels and needs of players
* Support fellow JDA coaches in making sure each session is delivered to the highest standard.
* Plan/deliver and review all sessions in line with the JDA coaching philosophies and session plans.
* Provide constructive feedback to ensure development remains at the heart of everything we do
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe environment during all coaching activities
Requirements:
* UEFA C (FA Level 2) in Football Coaching - Or working towards
* First Aid in Football
* DBS and Safeguarding Certificates
* Experience working with younger age groups in an elite environment with players of high ability levels.
* Availability throughout the week, but specifically a Monday & Thursday Evening.
* Full UK Driving License
