About the role
The role that our Travel teams play in supporting our local communities is an exciting one! From longhaul trips of a lifetime to family‑friendly breaks or even romantic getaways, your primary task is to create memories for customers and make their travel dreams come true.
Responsibilities
* Organise comprehensive travel packages for customers from start to finish, including flights, insurance, accommodation, and extra services to ensure a smooth holiday.
* Manage holiday administration, collect and process payments, and maintain accurate financial and customer records.
* Drive business through social media and event organisation to build and nurture customer relationships.
* Maintain and update computer‑based and paper records, prepare reports, and perform any other administrative duties as required.
* Assist with general office duties and day‑to‑day branch operations.
About You
* Be enthusiastic and maintain a confident, positive, and vibrant approach to work.
* Be sales‑focused, selling effectively with a desire to meet and exceed targets.
* Have excellent communication skills and be able to work efficiently as part of a diverse team.
* Have a keen eye for detail to record information accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
