The Opportunity
We’re looking to speak with a driven and client-focused Account Executive / Client Director to join the Employee Benefits team, helping to expand the business’s presence across Scotland and the wider UK.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities, both through self-generation and leveraging an existing network of over 50,000+ SME and corporate clients within the firm’s partner brokerages.
* Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and network stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
* Act as a trusted adviser, delivering tailored Employee Benefits advice and solutions.
* Represent the brand at partner firms, client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
* Collaborate with regional broker partners, with travel expected across Scotland and flexibility to work from home or partner offices.
About You
* Proven experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, or Health Insurance.
* A strong track record in new business development and client growth.
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
* Professional, credible, and confident communicator – both written and verbal.
* Awareness of regulatory and compliance standards.
* IT proficient, with experience using insurer portals and Acturis (desirable).
* Self-motivated and proactive, with a hands-on approach to managing your own pipeline and meeting targets.
