Devon Tiles and Bathrooms are looking for someone to join our family business to help our team to grow tile and bathroom sales, assisting retail and trade with friendly assistance and advice with their project either big and small.
No two days are the same it will be a varied roll from supporting customers to helping colleague, willingness to get stuck is a key requirement.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and help guide customers in the showroom as well as on the phone and via email.
* Listen to customers' needs and help find solutions.
* Work with local traders to help grow our business.
* Help to keep the showroom clean and tidy.
* Support colleagues where needed.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of tiles and/or bathrooms would be an advantage.
* Knowledge of virtual words/3D software would be an advantage.
* Clean driving licence.
* Fix lift licence would be an advantage.
* At least 1 year customer service experience.
