FULLY REMOTE Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer - 5+ PQE
Our client is well regarded for the breadth of its capabilities and has a strong record of advising on real estate, infrastructure, and engineering projects.
Highly ranked in the Legal 500, the firm is seeking a non-contentious construction associate with 5+ PQE to work remotely.
The successful candidate:
* UK-qualified lawyer with demonstrable mid-level experience gained with a strong private practice law firm (foreign qualified candidates with equivalent and/or comparable experience in the domestic market will also be considered)
* A self-starter who takes initiative
* Relevant experience drafting and amending suites of construction documents across various standard forms as well as drafting bespoke appointments
* Strong technical knowledge and experience working on commercial real estate development, JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE, and bespoke contractual arrangements
