National Corporate Housing is seeking a Finance Manager with strong analytical capabilities and a strategic mindset to serve as a core member of the Corporate Finance team, supporting continued growth, profitability, and strategic priorities. This role will drive financial planning and analysis, develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, and support capital raising and M&A initiatives. The Finance Manager will also manage and mentor junior team members and partner cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive companywide forecasting process, including development of driver‑based financial models, methodologies, and key assumptions.
* Key player of the annual budgeting process, including development of budget models and partnership with operational and corporate stakeholders to establish goals and assumptions.
* Own and maintain the company’s cash flow forecasting model, providing visibility into liquidity needs and supporting short‑ and long‑term planning.
* Evaluate M&A opportunities, including industry research, financial modeling, due diligence, and scenario analysis aligned with the company’s acquisition strategy.
* Assist with financing activities, including analysis of credit terms and coordination of due diligence requests from prospective lenders.
* Build financial models to evaluate business performance and strategic organic growth initiatives, including new market expansion, insourcing opportunities, and operational improvements.
* Partner with Revenue Management to support pricing strategies for large corporate housing opportunities to maximize profitability.
* Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to identify and evaluate cost optimization initiatives.
* Serve as a financial partner to operational markets and corporate functions, delivering insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high‑performing financial analysts.
* Support executive leadership with ad‑hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed.


Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
* 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, including financial analysis and modelling forecasting, budgeting.
* Experience supporting financing and M&A transactions.
* Prior experience managing or mentoring analysts.
* Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to build and interpret complex financial scenarios.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting principles.
* Experience improving financial processes and reporting efficiency.
* Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
* Self‑starter with strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
