As a Sales, Marketing & Commercial Recruitment Consultant, you will:
1. Work with new and existing clients across the engineering, manufacturing, and construction sectors
2. Recruit across a wide range of commercial roles - from business operational staff to experienced sales or marketing professionals
3. Use your expertise to source, qualify, and place top talent
4. Deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates, building long-term relationships and identify opportunities to cross-sell other divisions
What We’re Looking For:
5. 1-2 years’ experience in office-based Customer Service or Account management
6. A confident professional with experience in both inbound and outbound calling
7. A forward-thinking approach to sourcing talent
8. Resilient, positive, and driven to build a long-term career in recruitment
9. Full UK driving licence is essential
