They are looking to appoint a ‘Head of Sales’ to lead their business development and employer engagement strategy, driving performance and revenue growth. Essential Criteria: A wealth of experience of working as Head of Sales / Head of Business Development / Sales Director specifically within the Apprenticeship landscape. Demonstrate a ‘hands on’ approach to business growth, with a proven track record of achieving / exceeding targets for the uptake of Apprenticeships Proven experience of securing new Levy and SME employer accounts for the delivery of Apprenticeships. Must hold a full, UK driving licence, and flexible with travel.Role Overview: Identify and build strategic relationships with key Large Levy employers, to promote our client's full range of training programmes: Apprenticeships and Commercial provision. Responsible for managing a business development team, performance managing and ensuring the team is actively driving Apprentice starts. Engage with employers to discuss their training and recruitment needs for existing staff and new Apprentice recruitment. Give advice and support to employers regarding the Apprenticeship Levy and future funding reforms. Produce and deliver business growth propositions / presentations at senior level. Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions within agreed timeframes. Forecast and plan for growth and industry changes. Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
