* Location: Sheffield (This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office)
We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented People Services Support Officer to join our People Services Team working to support a Pay and Reward Project. This role is key to delivering a programme of work including job evaluation, pay and grading review and related policy development. You’ll help support the Project Team with record keeping, diary management, data reporting and monitoring and associated administrative support for policy development.

* Support allocation of evaluation panel members, co‑ordinating paperwork and sending invites etc.
* Prepare and distribute data reports for governance and assurance.
* Contribute to system and process improvements within People Services.
About you
