Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Renewals Specialist to join our team in Solihull. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer retention efforts, managing the end-to-end contract renewal process and ensuring a seamless, value-driven experience for our clients.
As a key point of contact for customers nearing renewal, you’ll build strong relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate across the business to deliver tailored service solutions. What You'll Be Doing
* Own and manage the full contract renewal lifecycle with precision and professionalism
* Communicate proactively with clients to ensure timely and smooth renewals
* Prepare, present and negotiate renewal proposals in line with customer needs and business objectives
* Identify upsell opportunities and liaise with internal teams to maximise account value
* Build long-lasting client relationships through trust, transparency, and service excellence
* Collaborate with sales, legal, technical, billing, and offboarding teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, contract terms, and renewal activity
* Stay up to date with industry trends to support clients with the latest and most relevant service enhancements
* Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Renewals and wider service team
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* A solid foundation in English and Maths
* Previous experience in contract renewals, customer relationship management, or within an MSP/IT services environment (preferred)
* A good understanding of managed services, IT solutions, and current technology trends
* Confident, professional communication skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
* A collaborative team player with a customer-first approach
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to act quickly and decisively
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail — able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Awareness of contract compliance and data privacy legislation is a plus
* Results-driven mindset — motivated by meeting KPIs and delivering measurable impact
