Job Title: Service Administrator / Coordinator
We are seeking a Service Administrator / Coordinator for a client who is an Engineering company near Uttoxeter.
Salary: circa £25,000 based on 39 hours per week
Role Overview
The main responsibility of the Service Coordinator is to manage engineers on a day-to-day basis, organizing routine planned maintenance, remedial work, and emergency breakdowns/callouts. The role requires prompt organization of appropriate resources to resolve situations quickly and maintaining effective communication both externally and internally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate breakdowns and services for your depot by allocating tasks to engineers and liaising with customers to ensure minimal downtime.
2. Follow up with customers for order numbers related to quoted works.
3. Maintain constant communication with customers, providing updates on breakdowns and jobs.
4. Issue paperwork and analysis reports.
5. Resolve all customer invoice queries.
