About the Role
Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? As a Maintenance Technician in our state-of-the-art milk distribution facility, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your expertise in mechanical and electrical repairs will ensure that our highly automated systems, including bottling machines, HVAC systems, and more, are always in top shape!
Your Responsibilities
* Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of facility equipment.
* Conduct mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to maintain seamless production.
* Work with advanced machinery, including PLC systems, palletizers, and packaging equipment.
* Collaborate with the maintenance supervisor and your team to achieve operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical repair and troubleshooting.
* Experience with electrical systems, including 480 Volt, Three Phase, AC/DC Motors.
* Proficiency in PLC software and understanding of industrial machine components.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Knowledge of safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
* Ability to effectively use hand and power tools.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a diverse team environment.

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based in Battle Creek, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $61,880.00 - $91,520.00 per year. We are experiencing rapid growth, with exciting opportunities for expansion and new product lines!
