Finishing Manager - Traditional New Build Housing

We're looking for a switched-on Assistant Site Manager to step in on a traditional new-build housing site in Hemel Hempstead
What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the site team on a busy traditional build housing scheme
* Coordinating trades & subcontractors
* Keeping quality, health & safety, and progress on point
* Managing snagging, site paperwork, and daily reporting
What you'll need:
* Previous experience as an FM on new build housing sites
* CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
* A proactive, reliable attitude - you'll be the steady pair of hands while the Site Manager is away
* Available to start ASAP
