What will you do?
1. Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and installation on all Cytomat Familly and other LAI system components and instrumentation.
2. Perform on-site training relative to system service, maintenance, and basic operation.
3. Keep track and maintain your local spare part's inventory.
4. Diagnose problems over the phone and/or using remote software. Where necessary, follow up with on-site work or dispatch third-party service providers for on-site work. Follow up to ensure problems were resolved to the customer’s happiness.
5. Actively monitor the status of contract, warranty and time and material installed customers. Track and schedule on-site PM visit(s).
6. Ensure that all documentation related to in-house and on-site support activity is completed accurately and submitted on a timely basis. This includes maintenance of electronic files, Field Service Reports, Service Work Orders and Quotes
How will you get here?
7. Typically requires a BEng or preferably a MEng degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or other applicable experience in a high-tech environment
8. You must be able to freely travel throughout Europe
9. Analytical trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities
10. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
11. Excellent interpersonal skills in English, verbal and written, any other language is a plus
12. Independent, service-minded individual who can converse with customers at all academic levels
13. Highly organized, self-sufficient and motivated individual who is adept at administration
14. Clean Driving license required
15. Hands-on engineering experience, especially within the field of automation
