About the Role
As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll oversee the daily operations of the email channel for The Entertainer and Early Learning Centre. Collaborating with marketing, trading, and online teams, under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll leverage your CRM expertise to engage customers through timely, personalized, and relevant communications.
We seek a flexible individual who can adapt to changing business needs, enjoys hands-on work, and can oversee channel development. A commercial mindset and creativity are essential to enhance our brands' customer engagement and drive sales.
Skills & Experience
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Leadership potential to manage and develop a junior team member.
* Valid UK driver’s license.
* Strong knowledge of CRM and email marketing tools.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience with analytics platforms (Google/Adobe).
* Experience with graphic design software (Illustrator/Photoshop).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
* 2-3 years' experience in a similar retail marketing role.
* Highly organized with proficiency in spreadsheets for reporting and planning.
* Experience working with agencies and external providers.
* Experience collaborating with affiliate marketing and paid search teams.
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain an email schedule aligned with business goals for online sales and customer engagement.
* Create engaging email content for diverse audiences.
* Analyze campaign performance and report insights to the team.
* Maintain the accuracy and relevance of communications and platform health (Emarsys).
* Identify opportunities for content, process, data, or technical improvements.
* Design and manage triggered email campaigns.
* Manage relationships with external agencies to optimize performance.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support brand and commercial initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new opportunities into campaigns.
* Manage stakeholder expectations to maximize email channel success.
* Coordinate artwork and content briefing with suppliers and internal teams.
