My client is a market leading stock-holder and distributor of building products used in the construction, fabrication and manufacturing sectors. They design and supply architectural glazing systems for installation in commercial and residential buildings across NI and ROI. Due to an internal promotion and continued business growth they now need to appoint a full-time permanent Office Manager / Customer Relations Lead, youll be the glue that keeps the office running smoothly ensuring the 8 staff deliver outstanding support to our customers and clients. This is a diverse and rewarding role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the office, including supplies, scheduling and workflow coordination. Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person. Support the Sales and Operations teams with administrative tasks. Maintain and update customer records and documentation. Assist with order processing and follow-up communications. Coordinate meetings, events and internal communications. Essential Criteria Previous experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills (written and verbal). Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with good attention to detail. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Proven customer service experience Ability to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks and drive office efficiency and customer service performance. Desirable (but not essential) Experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries. Knowledge of inventory systems or scheduling software. Knowledge of SAP. What we offer -The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive salary of £30,000 to £35,000 to reflect experience.
