What will the successful Senior Recruitment Partner be expected to deliver?
As a
Senior Recruitment Partner
within
Hoop Nursing & Healthcare
, you will play a pivotal role in connecting healthcare organisations with highly skilled nursing and care professionals. Specialising in your sector and desk, you will take ownership of the full 360 recruitment processdeveloping client relationships, generating vacancies, understanding workforce requirements,
sourcing
and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless onboarding.
Your sector knowledge and commercial acumen will make you a trusted partner for both clients and candidates, enabling you to deliver high-quality staffing solutions within tight
timeframes
, particularly for temporary and urgent placements. You will also act as a mentor within the team, providing guidance to new starters and supporting colleagues with complex queries.
With a growing professional network and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, you will be instrumental in ensuring that Hoop Nursing & Healthcare continues to deliver safe, reliable, and compassionate staffing solutions that positively
impact
the sector.
You will
be responsible for
managing and developing your own portfolio of clients and candidates, working towards individual and team targets, while upholding the values and reputation of Hoop Nursing & Healthcare.
