We are looking for a Head waiter/ress for our Sagardi Restaurant in London (UK).
We are Sagardi Group, leaders in the hospitality sector and with an international reference project, initially specialized in Basque cuisine and now also diversified in other gastronomic concepts.

It is essential that:
* You have adaptability, leadership and decision making skills.

What are you going to do in Sagardi?:
* Plan and organize the ranges taking into account the restaurant's needs.
* Develop, control and manage the set of tables in the restaurant.
* Advise customers on both food and beverage.
* Ensure the highest level of quality.
* Lead the team together with the Restaurant Manager.
* Assign tables to diners.
You will be a "top" candidate if in addition:
* We don't currently provide sponsorship. All applicants must have right to work documents and live in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Shoreditch.
* At least 2 year of previous experience in a restaurant a la carte with a managing position.
* Time flexibility to work in split shifts
* Vocation for gastronomy
* English language – native level required
* Other languages are a plus.
* Great attitude
