As a Senior Carer your role would involve working day shifts in our South Kent division, in the locations of Deal, Folkestone, Ashford, Dover and New Romney. You work on a long-term basis with one or a small number of clients and will benefit from a permanent contract, as well as the option of overtime. We are looking for carers who are keen to work full-time hours however part-time roles are offered. The training you will receive: We will provide paid classroom-based training when you join us, with paid induction shifts and ongoing supervision provided by our in-house team of nurses and supervisors. Additional paid training is also provided to meet client-specific needs. We support Senior Carers who want to grow their skills and progress within the company. When you join us, you’ll receive: Competitive rates of pay – £16.10 – £18.40 per hour (day rate) (Please note commencing from 1st October) £22.92 – £30.56 per hour for bank holiday work.
