77 per hour
We offer lots of flexibility to suit you and those you support. If you are interested in 'Sleep ins' we will pay you £58 per shift plus over 12% holiday pay.
Generous Holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays).
10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas.
Training & development: Earn money while you get a fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
We centre our support around providing personal care, medications, nutrition and hydration, finances, daily living skills, relationships and family, supporting appointments and managing correspondence. The people we support have a varied range of interests including accessing their local communities including local clubs/ pubs nights, colleges, theatres / shows and day trips, cooking, shopping, holidays, swimming, libraries and local garden centres
You may be supporting someone to plan their weekly shop, to going on an outdoor adventure. Providing everyday personal care to supporting someone to go to their favourite gig. You could be building someone's confidence in using public transport to teaching money management skills. What's important is supporting people to discover new interests, achieve new goals and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.
You'll provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults. All this while working a variety of shifts to support your work and home life balance.
It's great if you have a full driving licence but it's not a deal breaker.
