Locum Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon – Lower Limb Arthroplasty
We are looking for a Locum Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with an interest in lower limb arthroplasty to join NHS Lanarkshire’s Trauma and Orthopaedic Service.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide inpatient and outpatient elective orthopaedic services.
* Support lower limb arthroplasty services, focusing on four joint lists.

Employment Details
Post is offered on a 10PA basis. Proposals for additional SPA time are encouraged. Applicants demonstrating a commitment to quality improvement, patient safety (including human factors training), medical education, research & development, appraisal, or other areas may discuss SPA time proposals with the Recruitment Lead or Service Manager.
Honorary status with the University of Glasgow may be granted to those involved in teaching, research or scholarship, providing benefits such as an ID card, library access, IT account, and educational discounts.
