Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 27 hours weekly

Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will have the opportunity to work with adults living with various conditions including learning disabilities, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis. You will ensure that residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care, encourage and develop new skills through a variety of activities, administer medication, carry out personal care tasks, conduct security checks, perform domestic tasks, and ensure residents are safe, comfortable and happy.
Qualifications
On joining Making Space you will be supported step‑by‑step with on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We seek individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours.
