Job Description
Trinity Finance is a fast-growing directly authorised mortgage brokerage based in Welling, supporting over 35 mortgage advisers across the UK. The firm specialises in residential, buy-to-let, HMO and specialist property finance and continues to expand its national adviser network.
As part of our next phase of growth, we are building a dedicated marketing team and are looking for a Marketing & Content Growth Executive to join the business.
The successful candidate will work directly under the Head of Marketing and will focus on growing Trinity’s brand, audience and inbound enquiries through content, video and organic marketing.
This role will play a key part in expanding Trinity’s YouTube channel, podcast and social media presence, helping to generate enquiries from mortgage clients, property investors and mortgage advisers interested in joining the firm.
Key responsibilities
• Assist with the growth and promotion of Trinity’s podcast and YouTube channel
• Manage the distribution of video content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
• Create and schedule short-form video clips from podcasts and interviews
• Support the filming, editing and publishing of YouTube content
• Manage and grow Trinity’s social media channels
• Assist with email newsletters and marketing campaigns to the firm’s database
• Support campaigns aimed at attracting new mortgage advisers to the business
• Track audience growth, engagement and marketing performance
• Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop new content and brand strategies
Success in this role will be measured by
• Growth of Trinity’s YouTube subscribers and podcast audience
• Increased engagement across social media platforms
• Consistent production and distribution of high-quality content
• Growth in inbound enquiries from clients and potential advisers
What we are looking for
• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing or social media management
• Experience working with video content, YouTube or podcast promotion
• Understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Basic video editing skills would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and interest in growing brands and audiences online
• An interest in property, finance or entrepreneurship would be advantageous
