Overview
CBW are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to cover a region of 8 commercial buildings in South of England (Bristol & Birmingham). The successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This is a mobile position and will require the candidate to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance.
Work Hours
Monday to Friday – 08:00 – 17:00pm
Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive maintenance
* Air conditioning
* Air handling units / fan coil unit (filter changes, cleaning)
* BMS system
* Monitor (i.e.
* Tap temps
* Ensuring log books are kept up to date
* Escorting specialist sub contractors
* Assisting other engineers
Requirements
* City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Level 2 & 3 – 17th or 18th Edition
* You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (essential)
* A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
* An understanding of commercial building maintenance
* You must be happy to work on a \"mobile\" basis and attend multiple sites across a large patch
