We’re seeking a proactive and collaborativeInternal Audit Managerto join our dynamic team at our EMEA headquarters in Henley-on-Thames!
Among your responsibilities could be:
10. Lead and coordinate the execution of our internal audit plan, reporting directly to the Director of Internal Audit.
11. Perform and supervise audit work, guiding staff auditors and third-party contractors.
12. Present impactful audit results and recommendations to management, helping shape our risk and control culture.
13. Analyze risks, develop audit programs, and ensure timely completion of audits.
14. Prepare clear, actionable audit reports and facilitate entry/exit meetings with management.
15. Follow up on findings and keep leadership informed of audit activities.
16. Mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth.
17. Get involved in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll need to have:
18. Strong internal audit experience, including supervisory responsibilities and SOX compliance knowledge.
19. Background in asset management, securities, or investment management (audit, risk, or compliance roles).
20. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
21. Professional designation (CA, CPA, CFA, CIA, ACCA, ACFE) or working towards one.
22. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
23. High integrity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
24. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous learning.
25. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
