Temp All Staffing Limited is seeking an experienced and reliable School Chef for an ongoing temporary assignment at a reputable school in the area. Job Role
4. High-Volume Catering: Prepare and serve nutritious breakfast, morning break snacks, and lunch for a large volume of students and staff.
5. Dietary Compliance: Follow recipes and menus strictly, ensuring all dietary requirements and allergen safety protocols are met.
6. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, adhering to HACCP and COSHH regulations at all times.
7. Kitchen Operations: Assist with stock management and ensure all kitchen equipment is operated safely and maintained correctly.
8. Teamwork: Work collaboratively within a fast-paced catering team to ensure a smooth and timely meal service.
Your Skills and Experience
9. Experience: Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume environment (School, Healthcare, or Contract Catering preferred).
10. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above).
11. Compliance: An enhanced DBS check is essential for this role (we can assist with the application if you are not currently on the Update Service).
12. Reliability: As this is an ongoing shift, we require a candidate who is punctual and committed to the 7am start.
