* A pay scale ranging from £38,626 - £42,839, dependant on experience and qualifications. (This is the current scale. The pay settlement for 2026/27 is currently being negotiated).
* 21 days annual leave, rising to 26 days (plus 10 days Bank Holidays and Privilege days).
* Time off in lieu for out of hours working.
* Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme.
