We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor to join a leading organisation committed to maintaining excellent standards across its operations. This role involves supporting the development and implementation of robust policies to promote a culture of safety and sustainability.
The Successful Heath, Safety and Environment Advisor will:
Develop, maintain, and review company policies, procedures, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with legislation and best practices.
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, recording findings and recommending improvements.
Lead safety and environmental training sessions for staff and contractors, encouraging best practices.
Monitor internal and external audit processes, ensuring readiness and compliance with standards such as ISO, FSC, and PCI.
Support incident investigations, producing reports, and tracking corrective actions for continuous safety enhancements.The HSE Advisor will have:
NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) qualification and relevant health and safety credentials.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics or similar setting with an understanding of HSE legislation and procedures.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams and external regulators.
