Talent Acquisition Advisor - Warwick - Fixed Term Contract (15 months)

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor based at our Support Centre in Warwick, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles as part of the in-house Talent Acquisition Team.
* Sourcing candidates via platforms like job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
* Reviewing applications, conducting telephone interviews, shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback.
* Supporting hiring managers with recruitment best practices, market insights, and internal processes.
* Assisting with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
This is a full-time, 15-month fixed-term contract. The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm, with hybrid working arrangements (minimum 3 days in the office).

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or within an agency, is preferred.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
