As our new IT Apprentice, you'll join a forward-thinking team supporting the digital backbone of a fast-growing, purpose-driven business. You'll gain hands-on experience working across support, infrastructure, software, and systems, directly contributing to making our operations more efficient, secure, and scalable - all while learning from seasoned professionals and growing into your future in tech.
In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Manage, record and report tickets/request in the IT helpdesk system
2. Support with the governance of the IT helpdesk system
3. Troubleshoot User Issues and escalate to other team members when needed
4. Active Directory Administration (User/Group creation and password resets)
5. Software installation/licensing
6. M365 (Email, Teams and Sharepoint)/Azure Administration
7. Provide support at 4 main sites, including assisting with key events requiring technology (e.g. Town Halls...
