Job: Finance Business Partner (6 Month Contract)Location: Welwyn Garden City, HertfordshireDay rate: £300pd-£400pdLength of contract: 6 Months
Our client based in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a knowledgeable Finance Business Partner to join their team on an 12 month basis.
Responsibilities include:
* Analysing financial performance across various business units, identifying risks and opportunities
* Delivering insights during monthly reviews, supporting with strategic development
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create reports
* Partnering with senior leadership team to guide financial decisions
* Supporting financial and strategic initiatives, translating metrics into meaningful KPIs
* Developing and monitoring budgets, ensuring alignment with business' long term strategic plan
The ideal candidate:
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualifications or equivalent
* Proven track record of Business Partnering with senior stakeholders and building relationships with non-finance stakeholders
* Highly knowledgeable of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Leadership qualities to influence and drive initiatives without direct reports
* Advanced Excel skills and Power BI knowledge
The client is offering c£350pd and a hybrid working model.
