Main Purpose of the Role The Client & Sales Support Executive will work closely with the Client & Sales Support Team to ensure customer expectations are met by efficiently processing sales orders and managing work-flow. This role also involves liaising with Depots and Transport Teams to ensure timely and complete order despatch. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Processing Orders for Sale: Utilising InspHire to process orders Sending order confirmations Pre-qualifying delivery with site Providing client updates on delivery dates Raising proforma invoices Processing proforma card payments Collaborating with Mechanical Design for bespoke design sign off Working with marketing for custom livery First Point of Contact for Purchase Enquiries Addressing General Queries and Questions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Streamlined processing of orders and work-flow Timely and complete delivery of orders Maintaining a positive brand image for Conquip Basic Skills Required Strong teamwork skills Effective planning and organisational abilities Excellent communication skills Time management skills Key Personality Traits Required Ability to work efficiently under pressure Attention to detail and accuracy Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Solution-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Positive attitude and high performance standards Strong alignment with Conquip's 5 core values If you would like to be considered for this vacancy, please apply directly to this advert or reach out to our Head of Recruitment for further details.
