1. Competitive basic salary of circa £42,000 (negotiable dependent on experience)
2. OTE earning potential of approximately £48,000 including bonuses
3. Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 5pm, with no weekends

Duties for the Master Technician include:
7. Diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle systems accurately and efficiently
8. Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections and assessments
9. Ensuring high standards of vehicle quality and safety
10. Maintaining detailed service records for each vehicle
11. Assisting junior technicians and providing technical guidance
12. Keeping up to date with the latest manufacturer repair techniques and tools
Requirements for the Master Technician position:
13. Proven experience as a Master Technician or Senior Technician in a busy workshop
14. Strong technical knowledge across different vehicle makes and models
15. Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
16. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
17. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
18. Good understanding of health and safety practices within the workshop environment
