Job Title: Plasterer Multi-Trade Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: London Borough of Brent Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Pay Rate: £18.05 - £21.40 per hour We have an opportunity for a Plasterer Multi-Trade to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in North West London. The primary focus of this role is to undertake tasks aimed at achieving first time fixes while delivering high-quality workmanship in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring excellent customer service for the client at all times. Responsibilities: Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client. Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks. Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken. Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) City & Guilds / NVQ in Plastering, Plasterer CSCS Card OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or ITAP Basic Criminal Record Check Benefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided as part of the role package.
