About the Role

As our Technical Training & Embedment Lead, you will design and deliver world-class training, embed best practices, and align with frameworks like P3M3. You will work within the Capital Delivery Team to ensure teams have the tools and knowledge to operate effectively and foster cultural change. This is a high-impact role with visibility at all levels, from project teams to the Executive Leadership.
Responsibilities
1. Training Delivery & Management:
o Lead the creation and rollout of technical training programs (P6, SAP, PIM, CEMAR, etc.)
o Develop a training strategy aligned with transformation goals
o Deliver blended learning (in-person, online, self-serve)
o Provide coaching to embed learning into daily practice
2. Embedment & Continuous Improvement:
o Ensure new tools and systems are integrated into daily operations
o Conduct post-training evaluations and gather feedback
o Support wider change initiatives for adoption and operational integration
3. P3M3 Alignment:
o Coordinate activities to align with P3M3 standards
o Prepare for assessments and lead improvement initiatives
4. Communication & Internal Branding:
o Create communication plans to promote best practices and initiatives
o Build a strong internal brand for Programme Controls
o Engage stakeholders at all levels
About You
We seek a candidate with experience in designing impactful technical training within complex project environments, familiar with project management tools like P6, SAP, CEMAR, and maturity models such as P3M3. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential.
Package & Benefits
This is a full-time role (37 hours/week, Monday to Friday), with hybrid working between Falmer and home.
