Head of Therapies Clinical Psychologist
£93,000 p/a (pro rata)
3 days per week
On site required - Lancashire
UK Drivers License required
Are you an experienced psychologist looking to step up into management!
Essentials:
* Doctoral qualification in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent)
* Current HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist
Experience:
* Significant post-qualification experience working with people with complex and enduring mental health needs
* Proven experience providing senior clinical leadership within multidisciplinary services
* Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based interventions
* Experience of clinical governance, quality assurance, and service improvement activity
* Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing psychologists and wider therapy staff
Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong knowledge of NICE guidance, clinical risk management, and safeguarding frameworks
* Ability to lead the development and implementation of clinical pathways and therapeutic models
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, advise, and collaborate at senior level
* Confidence working autonomously across multiple sites and services
* Strong organisational, leadership, and decision-making skills
