You'll take accountability for the continuing production of new business and new clients for our in-house advice offering.
Responsibilities
* Providing professional regulated financial planning advice to both new and existing clients.
* Ongoing service to practice clients by conducting servicing and review events.
* Acquiring and advising new clients from your own sources and developing new business by identifying potential clients through referral, networking, and marketing channels.

* Salary - up to £65,000
* Bonus scheme - on target bonus – 15%

Key Accountabilities
* Acquisition: Generate new business and new clients in accordance with agreed target markets through various marketing activities including managing relationships between firms, acquired businesses, and referral sources.
* Engagement: Explaining our Business Proposition and Fee Structure to clients and matching our Proposition to their individual needs.
* Discovery: Fact finding to gather relevant information to comply with Openwork's SA F, understanding client needs to provide a suitable recommendation.
* Planning: Provide high quality advice regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and Openwork SAF processes.
* Implementation: Prepare and submit the relevant suitability reports and applications in a timely, compliant manner.
* Review: Establish and maintain client relationships with Partnership Services; ensure client ownership and relationship management is respected.

Qualifications/Experience
* Expert knowledge and a clear proven history of advising on wealth products.

* Ability to deal with a wide range of customers sensitively and in a timely manner.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
