What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Chef - ideally in a gastro environment.
A strong passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and food quality
Ability to drive or have there own transport due to location.
Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
A calm, adaptable approach to service.
