Description
British Drum Company is looking for a motivated and organised Multi Channel Marketer Apprentice to join our growing team.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the apprentice will support the day-to-day running of the company’s online sales channels and digital presence. The role focuses primarily on managing and maintaining e-commerce platforms, ensuring product information is accurate, up to date, and presented professionally across all channels.
This role is creative in terms of maintaining and improving the online presentation of the brand, but it is not focused on media production or content creation.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
• Upload and update product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock information
• Ensure all online product data is accurate and consistent
• Support website updates and online platform maintenance
• Assist with new product launches across online channels
• Support the Marketing Manager with general marketing and administrative tasks when required
Requirements
• IT literate
• Knowledge of social media and online branding desirable
• Knowledge of Ebay, Amazon and TikTok shop advantageous
• In person role
• Punctual
• Good communicator
• Knowledge of Drums and Drumming ideal but not essential
• Good level of English and maths
Skills & Qualities
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Good computer and administrative skills
• Interest in e-commerce and digital retail
• Creative mindset with a good eye for presentation
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Shopify or online selling platforms is beneficial but not essential
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
