The role is perfect for teachers who thrive in a nurturing, high-support environment.Key Tasks:
* Design and deliver inclusive lesson plans
* Differentiate teaching methods to suit learners' needs
* Build a safe and supportive classroom culture
* Manage behavior positively and effectively
* Support with personal care routines if required
Requirements:
* Must hold QTS (UK-recognised)
* Valid right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
* Enhanced DBS registered or willing to apply
* Previous SEN experience within a UK school
* Confident managing behaviour and adapting plans
* Able to work full-time, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-3:30pm
