Key Responsibilities:
1. Building strong and productive relationship with stakeholders, existing and new
2. Tendering and negotiating maintenance contracts.
3. Leading business growth in road maintenance.
4. Managing contracts, services, finances, and reporting.
5. Ensuring compliance with H&S, environmental, and quality standards.
6. Assisting with the development of long-term business plans, budgets and forecasting.
Key Requirements:
7. Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in roading maintenance and construction.
8. Proven success in leading and managing civil and /or road maintenance contracts or a related discipline.
9. Experience coordinating multiple teams and sub-contractors.
10. Leading diverse teams and identifying areas of development.
11. Strong financial and commercial acumen.
12. Attitude is key and we are looking for drive, determination and ambition.
