We are looking for a passionate and experienced Thai Chef to join our kitchen team and bring authentic Thai flavours to our menu.
We are expanding our Thai offering and are looking for a chef who can confidently prepare traditional Thai dishes with consistency, quality, and speed.
Responsibilities:
Prepare authentic Thai dishes (curries, stir-fries, soups, fried rice, etc.)
* Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
* Manage stock and reduce waste
* Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
* Work efficiently during busy service
* Requirements:
Proven experience cooking Thai cuisine
* Strong knowledge of Thai herbs, spices, and traditional techniques
* Ability to work independently
* Good communication skills

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
