Role Overview
We\'re looking for a motivated and eager to learn Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join our growing team, supporting our new business sales. In this role, you\'ll work alongside experienced colleagues to contribute to customer engagements-helping to deliver assessments, discovery workshops, and early-stage solution design. You\'ll assist in translating customer needs into clear, tailored recommendations and play a key part in demonstrating the value of our technology offerings. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their experience in technical pre-sales, with hands-on involvement in a wide variety of customer scenarios and close collaboration with both technical and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead technical discovery sessions, assessments, and workshops to understand customer challenges and requirements.
* Assist in developing tailored solutions by mapping customer needs to our service offerings.
* Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value of our managed services and technology solutions.
* Support the sales team with pre-sales activities, including proposal creation, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through technology decisions and best practices.
* Stay up to date with emerging industry trends, managed services, and best practices to ensure relevant recommendations.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and service delivery, to align technical solutions with business objectives.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our pre-sales processes and methodologies.
Limited Required Skills & Experience
* Technical Knowledge: An understanding across the company\'s services - Data Protection, Cyber Security, Cloud and Data Centre Transformation and Software.
* Storytelling & Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an engaging and simplified manner.
