We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a tier one prominent Contractor on a major infrastructure project involving roads, drainage, and utilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a Tier One contractor delivering complex civil engineering works to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and administer subcontractor packages, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
* Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts.
* Monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting.
* Support procurement activities and negotiate subcontract agreements.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects.
* Background working with Tier One contractors.
* Strong knowledge of roads, drainage, and utilities construction.
* Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple subcontractors effectively.
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
